The Charlotte running community is extremely diverse and active. The average age for female runners is 25 to 39 while male runners range in age from 27 to 41 years old. Runners are typically college educated, have a medium household income of more than $85,000 and spend $125 billion on health-related goods and services annually.
Central Piedmont Community College is dedicated to providing scholarships for students in need and to the success of all its students. Last year, the CPCC Foundation awarded 1249 student scholarships valued at more than $1 Million.
